How to register for the service?
To start using the Mamex service, you need to register an account in our system. You cando this at www.mamex.ge. Fill out a few simple fields, receive a confirmation email about successful registration, and you can start working. To log in tothe system, use your email and the password you provided during registration.
Please note that one individual can have only one personal account. However, multiple people can use one personal account. Also, according to the service rules, you must use the account only in your name and direct shipments to our warehouses in your name. If the account is registered under one name, and the package arrives under a different tracking number, you risk being blocked for violating service rules. We are forced to impose this restriction at the request of the security service.

Where can I buy goods?
You can buy goods on any websites of the countries. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of stores in all categories where you can easily find the product you need. We would like to point out that delivery to Mamex warehouses from third countries is impossible due to customs duties. To avoid this, we always recommend ordering goods from the country where the foreign warehouse you have chosen for delivery is located.
How will you accept the goods in my name if I live in another country?
The delivery system to our warehouses is designed so that courier companies simply deliver packages to the specified address and hand them over without checking documents. Therefore, we accept thousands of packages at our address without any problems. Occasionally, the courier may need to call the warehouse in advance to receive the package, so when filling out the delivery address, we ask you to provide the warehouse phone number, which you will see in your personal account after registration. If the address and phone number of the warehouse are filled out correctly, there will be no difficulties with the delivery.
What if there are problems at customs with my package?
If you have not violated international shipping regulations, you will be involved in the resolution of the situation. If you fail to appear or do not provide a response within one week, the cargo stopped by customs in any country will be disposed of.
